Starting P90x wk 3. Less tired than last wk so progress I think. 60 days at goal weight. Actually 2 lbs below 2day! Any other PX90ers?

@maggie Maybe the added strength training means I should increase protein. Kids are making fun of me for falling asleep at 9 pm.

@maggie Thought so, but haven't changed diet since starting P90x. Used to do 5 hrs cardio & 2 strength a wk. Now at 5 cardio 5 strength.

10 mile run + P90X abs today. Wiped pot. Almost done w/ Wk 2 P90x. Has anyone here done this? It's making me very tired. Normal?

@bunny Put on workout clothes right when u get up. Fewer excuses. Finally, just do it. Make it such a habit u feel bad when u skip. Guilt

@bunny I schedule workouts in my calendar. Then they look at me all day long. Guilt works me for. Also get all ready the night before.

Gr8 workouts this wknd. 2x5 mile rns + Yoga. P90x yoga not as bad as heard. Good hard but not scary hard. May never be able to do cranes.

@phittermaster I use both Lose It and Tap & track. Can't decide which I like better. One is free one was like $4.
