  6. @maggie Thought so, but haven't changed diet since starting P90x. Used to do 5 hrs cardio & 2 strength a wk. Now at 5 cardio 5 strength.

  17. Gr8 workouts this wknd. 2x5 mile rns + Yoga. P90x yoga not as bad as heard. Good hard but not scary hard. May never be able to do cranes.
