Help

Phitter is Kirstie Alley's gift to her online phriends concerned with healthy living and exists to enable and encourage community conversation and information exchange about fitness, healthy living, weight loss, wellness, working out and diet.

Use Phitter as you would use any other micro-blogging service you might already be familiar with.

Phitter users post or "phit" short (140 character) notices that are broadcast to their friends and fans using the Web, RSS, or instant messages. (We call this "Throwing a Phit!")

If you'd like to try it out, first register a new account. Then, on the Phitter timeline, enter your message into the textbox at the top of the page, and click "Send". It will go out on the public timeline and to anyone who is subscribed to your notices (Which, will probably be nobody, at first, but keep phitting and your bound to make new phriends! Wouldn't that be phantastic?!?!?).

To subscribe to other people's notifications and phits, go to their profile page and click the "subscribe" button. They'll get a notice that you're now subscribed to their phits & notifications. Who knows? They might subscribe back! What Phun!
